BHRAGS is pleased to announce our approved facilitator status for the Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP).
We are partnering with Public Partnerships LLC (PPL), the new statewide fiscal intermediary. BHRAGS will provide support throughout the transition to PPL. Detailed registration information is available below.
What You Need to Do Now
Your CDPAP eligibility and services will remain exactly as they are. PPL guarantees uninterrupted service, ensuring continuous payment and the care you need. BHRAGS is here to provide full support throughout the transition process to ensure a smooth continuation of your CDPAP services. See more detailed information below.
Options to do registration:
- The best and fastest option is to register online via their website. Click here. Remember to select BHRAGS Home Care Corp. as your facilitator.
- Register over the phone with the help of one of our CDPAP representatives.
- Set up an in-person appointment. Don’t show up to the office without an appointment – you might be turned away due to overcapacity.

To expedite the consumer registration process, have following ready:
- First & Last Name | Date of Birth | Email | Cell Phone | Address
- CIN #, which is the Medicaid ID
- Name(s) of the PA(s) and their emails and cell phone numbers.

To expedite the PA registration process, have the following items ready:
- First & Last Name | Date of Birth | Email | Cell Phone | Address
- Medical/physical ready
- I-9 documents to prove legal status to work in the United States.
The Consumer needs to register (and add the PA) before the PA can do so. Confirm BHRAGS as your facilitator!
